The programme ecosystem
India's first industry–academia partnership of this kind: Silicon Valley design expertise meeting the institutional rigour of India's Institute of Eminence.
Foundation for Experience Transformation & Design (ExpTD) and its career acceleration arm, CareerReactor, form a single integrated organisation founded by Silicon Valley design leaders with Harvard and Stanford pedigree. Informed by lessons from industry leaders such as ServiceNow, VMware, PayPal, Apple, Pinterest, Cisco, Amex, and Nokia, this is not a consulting engagement but a programme they drive by designing and delivering the curriculum, running the apprenticeships, and building the career ecosystem from day one to prepare leaders for world class organizations.
O.P. Jindal Global University and its Jindal School of Design & Architecture provide the academic framework, the degree-granting authority, and the institutional credibility that opens every door. As an Institute of Eminence the highest recognition in Indian higher education JGU's M.Des. carries the weight of a world-class institution behind every graduate's name.
Admissions
Limited cohort. Merit-based scholarships available. Instalment options exist.
Why this programme
Two institutions. One shared mission: to close the gap between Silicon Valley design excellence and Indian design education — creating graduates who are ready to lead from day one.
Choosing this programme means joining a first-of-its-kind collaboration between Silicon Valley rigour and India's academic excellence: getting a world-class degree, industry-verified skills, and the professional network that top organisations actually recognise.
On-campus immersion
9 days. A real challenge. A challenge so hard it seems almost impossible to solve that is exactly the point.
Students were tasked with designing a solution to help predict and respond to future pandemics making complex genomic data accessible, actionable, and timely. The goal: to save millions of lives by bringing human-centred design thinking to one of the world's hardest problems.
A dialogue that goes beyond theoretical practice leadership, workplace skills, team dynamics, and how to navigate ambiguity to solve problems that seem impossible to solve.
You have the drive. This programme provides the framework, the ecosystem, and the credential. The only question is whether now is the right time.
