Jyoti Ruparel, CFIRM (IRM Level 5) and Sr. Advisor, Risk Transformation, PwC India
Introducing risk management at the undergraduate level is not just a curriculum enhancement—it’s a strategic and transformative step. In today’s volatile, interconnected world, the ability to understand and navigate risk is no longer reserved for specialists in enterprise risk management. Embedding this discipline early fosters risk-intelligent thinking across professions, empowering future leaders in engineering, medicine, policy, finance, and beyond. It’s a timely initiative that strengthens decision-making, sharpens judgment, and builds a generation equipped to shape a more resilient, forward-thinking society.

Sachin Maloo, Managing Director, Protiviti India
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is integral to enabling dynamic businesses to achieve both their short-term and long-term strategic objectives. Beyond mitigating external and downside risks, ERM also facilitates the identification and capitalization of upside opportunities. Formal ERM education programs encompass the evolving landscape of risk management and emphasize the imperatives of advanced risk intelligence and monitoring systems. The global certificate in ERM has become essential for both emerging professionals seeking lucrative career paths and seasoned professionals aiming to advance in the ERM domain

Vinay Madan, Chief Risk Officer, Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL)
As risks transcend borders and industries, the demand for IRM certified risk professionals who can turn uncertainties into opportunity has never been greater. Investing in the next generation of risk leaders is not just smart — it’s essential.

Sunder Natarajan, CFIRM (IRM Level 5), CHRO, IndiaFirst Life Insurance
A corporate executive or manager of tomorrow, or any businessperson for that matter, needs to view every business function through the risk lens. While this approach may have evolved from good governance practices in the past, it is now essential
